The Aging and Disability Resource Center hereby provides notice that it intends to apply to the Wisconsin Department of Transportation for the following transportation projects under Section 5310 to serve seniors and individuals with disabilities in Polk and Burnett Counties, 2027.
Mobility Management and Operations, including but not limited to, one-stop-call center, travel training, mileage reimbursement voucher program, and coordinated community services with a focus on development.
